RiskRelease provides our Proof of Protection Support, or POPS, service to everyone. POPS reviews uploaded proofs of insurance and provides email feedback to residents regarding their compliance within 48 hours of submission. POPS will notify residents if their submission is compliant, and if not, will provide them the reason in simple and understandable terms.

Our machine learning and advanced technology helps determine an approved or rejected proof of insurance. All approved policy are constantly monitored for continued compliance. Any rejected policies receive tailored feedback and are auto-enrolled with RiskRelease until lease requirements are met.

RiskRelease provides up to $100,000 of liability reimbursement for property damage to an enrolled unit for the perils of fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge and sewer backup if caused by a resident’s negligence. And if a resident isn’t enrolled with RiskRelease, POPS has determined they’re covered by a compliant 3rd party policy. This combination makes for 100% compliance.
